FAQ’s Do you have a shop? No, we are an online based distributor only. Do you offer pickup? We do not operate a full time administration therefore cannot offer pickup on our items. Why don't you have a shop? As our customers are nationwide we find that by keeping our overheads as low as possible this allows us to offer the best prices on quality parts in NZ.

Do you have a number I can call? We do not operate a full time administration which is just another way we can bring you the best possible prices. If you really need to talk with one of our team please leave your number and we will give you a call.

Will this fit my car? Although we may know fitments of a handful of cars we do not have a database for all cars. We list all measurements of our parts, it is then the customers responsibility to check the fitment of your specific vehicle.

Do you combine shipping? Yes we will combine shipping. Please ensure you select the courier option on the highest rate item and select combined shipping on all other items.

Will you set up a special listing for ordering multiple items? In this case please use the cart option. By adding all items to cart and checking out this way you will make a complete order in one transaction. If you have any trouble just let us know.

Warranty

All goods, unless stated otherwise, are warranted to the specifications listed in our adverts, and to perform the tasks for which they are intended.

All of our parts are sold with a specified warranty period. This will vary depending on the part purchased.

If the Product is faulty or damaged upon delivery please notify us within 7 working days and we will strive to fix the issue. If a replacement part cannot be supplied then a refund will apply.

We inspect all returned parts. If a part is found to be defective due to improper installation or misuse the warranty will be void. If you have a problem please contact us immediately and we will handle the situation from there. We will repair, replace or refund products at our discretion.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or what you expected it to be. All goods return application should under these following terms:

• All goods returns apply should be within 7 days of delivery.
• All goods returns should be clean, undamaged.
• The invoice of goods should be returned with goods as proof of purchase.
• The refund will be processed since we received the return goods.
• All refund processing will be completed within 1-3 business days.

In any warranty or return situation we comply with all relevant New Zealand Consumer laws.
