Returns & Warranty Policy

This Returns & Warranty Policy is applicable to all Spare Parts purchased online via Trade Me and through Samsung Customer Service Plaza (SSCNZ LIMITED). All Return requests must be submitted on the returns page in order to proceed. Any return without prior arrangement with us may not be approved and all return requests will be subject to review and decision by SSCNZ LIMTED.

Spare Parts Warranty

Without limiting any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, any spare parts purchased from SSCNZ LIMITED that are faulty due to manufacturing defect are covered under a 90-day warranty period from delivery date and we can provide exchange if available. Should a replacement be unavailable, a refund will be provided. The faulty part will need to be returned with original packaging in order for a remedy to be considered.

*Due to health and safety risks, any consumable parts such as water filters, earbuds or watch straps will not be replaced or refunded under warranty if seal is peeled/broken unless the product defect is verified by SSCNZ LIMITED.

Items Damaged in Transit

Ensure items are checked upon delivery for any transit damage to the parcel/item.

Unless Consumer Guarantees Act applies, any damaged items will need to be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with appropriate photo evidence. SSCNZ LIMITED will not be liable for any damaged items if not reported within this timeframe.

Original packaging including the part label and packaging materials must be kept for any transit damage claim purposes and compensation will be rejected if original packaging is no longer available.

Change Of Mind or Incorrect Order by Mistake

SSCNZ LIMITED does not provide refunds or credit for any returns due to change of mind, change of circumstances or incorrect orders.

If an incorrect order is placed, exchange can still be provided with a correct item if stock is available to order. In these cases, the maximum period is within 14 days from receiving the item.

Extra shipping will be charged for items returned to us without confirmation which need to be sent back again.

Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20% if not received in its original condition.

Incorrect Items Supplied

If you have been supplied with an incorrect item due to our error or misinformation, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery date. The incorrect item will first need to be returned to us in a resalable / unused condition within 14 days from the delivery date in order for us to supply the correct item (subject to stock availability) or refund.

Serial number: Often abbreviated to S/N, this number is a unique hardware identification number chosen by a company and given to each device or appliance produced. The number is used to match a product to its customer, so that the company has a record of possession. This number is only used by the original producer of the product.

IMEI number:?The IMEI stands for International Mobile Equipment Identity and is used to distinguish a mobile phone across all companies worldwide. The number can be used to identify and track a device that might be stolen or compromised.?

2. How to find the model/serial number for washer and dryer

To respond to your inquiries about the product precisely, we recommend you to inform the model & serial number of your product. We are providing customized service along with respective products. The exact model number will help us to give you the best service.

On the Samsung Top Loader Washing Machine the serial number and model number can be located on the back of the unit.

On the Samsung Front Loader Washing Machine the serial number and model number can be located on the front of the unit.

On the Samsung Dryer the serial number and model number can be located on the front of the unit.

3. How to find the serial number and model number of your TV

On the back of your Samsung television, you can find a silver sticker. On that sticker is all the information about your TV when it comes to serial number, model number etc. However, if your TV is wall mounted, it can be tricky to access the sticker on the back that has the model number and serial number on it. If your TV powers on and you can access the settings menu, follow the steps below on how to find the serial number in the settings menu on your TV.

If your TV is not mounted, you can locate your TV's model and serial number on a sticker at the back of the unit.

4. Where can I find the serial number of my Smart Phone or Tablet?

If the device will not turn on, you are able to find the serial number on the rear of the phone if there is a non-removable battery. If the device has a removable battery this is located underneath the battery.

How to find in the device Settings

For devices on Android 9.0 (Pie) follow the steps below:

• Open Settings on your device
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and Select About phone

You will find the Serial Number located at the top of the page.

For devices on Android 4.4 (Kitkat)

• Open Settings on your device
• Select the General tab
• Scroll down and select About phone
• Tap on Status
• Scroll down and you will find the Serial number of the phone.

How to find with a Phone call

• Open the Phone app on the device
• Dial *#06#

This will automatically generate a pop up on your device showing the Model and Serial number. For the Serial number look for the number under SN

How to find on the Device

You are able to find the Serial Number of your device on the physical device itself. This can be located in a different section depending on the model device you have.

For Mobiles with a sealed back:

• Make sure any case's have been removed from the device
• Turn the phone over so it is screen side down
• The Model Code, Serial Number and IMEI are printed at on the back of the device at the bottom.

For mobiles with a removeable back:

• Make sure any case’s have been removed from the device
• Remove the back cover of the device and take the battery out
• The Model Code, Serial Number and IMEI are printed on a sticker on the bottom portion of the device.
