Please note that we now only accept Payment via the Trade-Me Pay Now system using your Debit or Credit Card.

Where ever possible we have set up each item to allow for combined freight in order to save you money. This may not be always possible on occasion due to carton sizes and weight.

If you by any chance pay too much on the freight cost it is our policy to refund the difference via the TradeMe credit payment system

Please note we cannot send items to Post Office Box Numbers. We need a physical address.

If you are Rural, please note that fact carefully on your order, as the Courier companies are now fully integrated with Post Codes and we find that borderline rural deliveries are sometimes delayed due to incorrect addresses on the freight System.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Our Trade Me page is managed Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm. We will endeavour to answer all questions, emails and winning auctions within the same working day. If an auction is won after 3.30pm contact and dispatch may be delayed until the following working day.

We are a GST Registered Company and a Commercial Invoice will be provided with every sale.

All items carry a 12 month warranty unless stated otherwise.

We honour the NZ Consumer’s Guarantees Act and any relevant NZ consumer rights legislation.

Items sold will not be covered by warranty if they are sold as pre-used or Factory Seconds unless otherwise stated, Items will not be covered by Warranty if they are damaged by liquid, impact or any misuse by the user. In addition, removal of any label, tampering, or any unauthorised use also voids the warranty.
