Response: The listing clearly stated this was an unused replacement part with a visible scratch on the inside (as shown in photos). The buyer read this and chose to purchase. Most importantly, the buyer returned the item with INTERNAL WIRES CUT without disclosing it. I offered a full refund pending inspection, but the buyer responded with aggressive assumptions and this misleading feedback. I have provided evidence to Trade Me Support to address the physical damage caused by the buyer.
