We ship as soon as we possibly can after we receive confirmation of your payment. Check the auction listings you are bidding on for details about the shipping timeframes on your goods. We generally ship anything the courier will carry, but check the individual listings you are looking at for details.

Large items are your responsibility to organise transportation on and unfortunately due to time constraints on removal of sold assets from most sites we can’t organise packaging of larger goods.

Collection of goods is by appointment only within the times specified on the auction listing you have purchased. After purchase our payment instructions will contain a link to our appointment site where you can book your collection time.

Generally we’ll have staff and forklifts onsite for collection, however ensure you check your listings as you with some machinery you will need to organise your own specialist disassembly and transport.

As an auction house operating with largely used commercial and industrial machinery, our returns policy will be in accordance with the requirements of the CGA. We don't offer warranties beyond our CGA/FTA requirements.
