The item was thinner than anticipated; however, I am generally pleased with my purchase. Communication could be improved, as there was nearly a week’s delay before I received any correspondence regarding my order. Nonetheless, I would purchase another rug in the future.

I did not receive the bag I ordered; instead, I received two similar ones that were very poorly made. The other bag appears to be acceptable, though I haven’t used it yet. If the original item was unavailable, I would have appreciated either a refund or at least some communication regarding the change.
