We accept all standard TradeMe payment methods:

All payments are handled through TradeMe's secure platform, so your card and bank details are never visible to us. Your transaction is protected by TradeMe Buyer Protection where eligible.

Once your payment has cleared, your order moves straight to our dispatch queue. Ping and card payments are usually instant; bank deposits typically clear within 1-2 business days.

If you'd like to combine multiple wins into one shipment to save on freight, please message us through TradeMe BEFORE paying. We'll send an updated invoice with combined shipping.

All prices include GST. A GST tax invoice can be provided on request — just message us after your purchase. Great for business buyers and anyone claiming back expenses.

We ship across New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Every order is tracked, and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery timeframes (from dispatch)

• Auckland metro: 1-3 business days
• Rest of North Island: 2-4 business days
• South Island: 3-5 business days
• Rural addresses: add 1-2 extra business days

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. Orders placed before noon on a business day often go out the same day. Weekend and public holiday orders dispatch the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated on item size, weight, and delivery address, and shown on each listing. Combined shipping is available — message us before paying and we'll quote the discounted freight.

Rural delivery is available throughout NZ. A rural surcharge may apply depending on the item and courier. Please make sure your TradeMe address is correct, especially the rural flag — wrong addresses can cause delays and redirection charges.

Pickup may be available for larger or higher-value items by prior arrangement, for Auckland buyers. Please ask before bidding or buying.

We don't currently ship internationally. NZ addresses only, sorry.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, get in touch straight away. We'll lodge a courier claim on your behalf and sort out a replacement or refund — you won't be left chasing it.

We want every customer happy with their purchase. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right.

Change of mind returns Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original undamaged packaging, and fully resaleable with all accessories and documentation. Buyer pays return shipping. A small restocking fee may apply for opened items.

Faulty or incorrectly described items If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund — whichever is appropriate under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Warranty claims All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the listing. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 also apply to every purchase and cannot be excluded.

Refund timeframes Once we receive your return and confirm condition, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank-to-bank refunds can take an additional 1-3 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

What can't be returned Personalised, custom-built, or specially ordered items. Software, downloadable products, and consumables (batteries, ink, etc.) once opened. Items damaged through misuse, accident, or unauthorised modification. To start a return, message us through TradeMe with your order details and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond quickly with next steps.

Q: Are your products genuine? A: Yes — 100%. We only sell genuine products sourced from manufacturers, authorised distributors, and trusted local suppliers. No counterfeits, no grey imports.

Q: Do your products come with warranty? A: Yes. Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty stated on the listing, plus your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Q: Can I pick up my order? A: Pickup may be available by prior arrangement, for Auckland buyers. Please ask before bidding.

Q: Do you ship to PO boxes? A: Some couriers don't deliver to PO boxes. A physical street address is strongly recommended for fastest delivery.

Q: What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged? A: Contact us straight away. We'll lodge a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I cancel my order? A: If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — contact us straight away. Once it's with the courier, the standard returns process applies.
