They appear unprofessional to deal with and have their own self -serving concept of what is just. An oppo cell phone was purchased from them; it was difficult if not impossible to remove the back cover, by accident a switch (probably volume)became disconnected from the plastic casing. There was no culpability on my part yet they decided to impose their own arbitrary penalty -by refusing to refund the additional $80. Never deal with them again. NT Lawyer They refunded $120 out of $219.

Ordered mobile in Black, which was literally in the auction title, just to be emailed and told only light green were available. Not ideal, and not happy. That said, it wasn't a deal breaker, and having tried the phone out, have to say it's a great device - for the price; a great value proposition. To those wishing to buy mobile from these guys, i highly recommend confirming ahead of purchase as to color, accessories, etc. I still recommend techsurgeon - but only just.
