Payments can be made using Ping, Credit or debit card, Afterpay or by making an electronic transfer to our business account.

Our orders are delivered within 2 - 5 days for North and South Island. rural addresses may take a little longer but are usually done within the same time frame.

Returns & Warranties:

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and enjoy the products they have purchased from us and thus our policy is flexible and is dealt with on a case by case basis. We want to keep our customers happy and are open to exchange / replace or refund any unused products.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days. Please note that if the return is not due to a faulty product or due to a mistake on our part that a 5% - 8% re-stocking fee is applicable to cover our expenses on the transaction.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please contact us.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange your unused product, please send us an email to arrange this.

Shipping If the reason for return is it fault we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the customer in full for the original cost of the product and the shipping costs.

When returning your product, you may be responsible for paying postage / courier costs for returning your item.

Q1 - How long will my order take to arrive?

A - Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days for North and South Island and within 5 business days for north and South Island rural addresses.

Q2 - My order has not arrived. What now?

A - Please contact us so we may follow up with our courier company and let you know what’s happening.

Q3 - I have not received my order confirmation email?

A - Please check your “junk email” folder.

Q4 - The product I ordered is not correct, what do I do?

A - Please contact us to swap it for a new one.

Q5 - I don’t like the product I ordered and would like to swap it or get my money back. How do I do this?

A - No worries! Please contact us to arrange this. We will either swap out your product or have you product collected by our couriers and give you your money back.
