For stocked items we will deliver goods between 1-3 days (in Auckland) or 3-10 days (in other cities) or agreed time/date after the full amount of payment is received For custom builds these timelines are from point of completion. Build times vary depending on demand so please check before purchase.

ALL GOODS MUST BE CHECKED BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY DOCKET! DO NOT sign the delivery docket if any items are damaged!

Items will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. If problems do arise, please contact us before leaving any feedback. We will try our best to resolve any problems.

We will replace or exchange if:

• The item is defective
• The item is incorrectly described in the auction listing

When a customer uses or installs the product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way Kitchen cabinets and stones limited fulfils the conditions of the term ‘quality guaranteed’ (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back....etc.)

If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:

• Item was ‘not what you expected it to be’ or ‘not what you imagined it to be’.
