Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We are not able to accept US2U Store Credits, Gift Cards and/or eVouchers as a method of payment on Trade Me.

NZ Couriers advise there are still ongoing random and unplanned delays of up to three days for parcel deliveries throughout the country. COVID, staff shortages and Logistics issues are still present.

Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost is calculated on your total basket Volumetrics and will show prior to completing the purchase. Wellington Region maximum cost is $9 for up to 20KG of product For the balance of the North Island our Maximum cost is $16 per 20kg or 0.02m3 of parcel volume. For the South Island our Maximum cost is $18 per 20kg or 0.02m3 of parcel volume. Rural delivery (RD) incurs an additional $5 charge We have an additional charge for the Outer Islands including but not limited to, Great Barrier, Stewart Island and the Chathams.

Shipping Method

We use New Zealand Couriers to deliver orders. When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified. For lobby deliveries to Apartment buildings we accept no liability for missing parcels. If you have concerns about your building choose a more secure delivery address.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched within two working days. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 5 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Restrictions

US2U’s Trade Me store offers delivery within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.

Packages do not ship from our base in Johnsonville on the following holidays:

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days of the above public holidays.

Please note that orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Wednesday. Weekends and all Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your US2U product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws. If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds” or “past US domestic shelf date”. You can return a Trade Me purchase to The US2U store. Goods purchased online must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

For your security and protection, please DO NOT include your credit card details on forms or in any correspondence.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. Unless it is a picking or product quality issue we do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.

At US2U, we like to think that shopping online is an easy and convenient option for our customers. That’s why we have put together the answers to the most frequently asked questions our customers have, so that you can continue to shop confidently with Kathmandu on Trade Me. Pricing

We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different seasons and product range changes, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time. We are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.

Can I pay for overnight or express deliveries?

Unfortunately not, at this current time we only have one freight option available.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to your door by New Zealand Couriers; this can be a residential or business address.

How long will my order take?

If you are in a residential area please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to you. For rural areas, and during busy sale periods, please allow a further 1 – 2 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

US2U’s Trade Me store currently doesn’t offer international shipping. We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand.

My item arrived damaged - what should I do?

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please call 04-478-4048 to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.

I received the wrong product - what should I do?

Please call 04-478-4048 and explain that you have received an incorrect item. Our team will work with you to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.
