New Zealand shipping

All shipments are via either Courier Post or Fastway Couriers. Which courier we use is determined by the customers delivery address or PO Box. All shipments include a track and trace service and the tracking information is emailed to the customer on despatch.

International shipping

Available for all items but the rate needs to be quoted separately on request once the destination is confirmed. Generally we offer a door to door service all-inclusive of duties and taxes.

Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases.

Correct address

It is the customers responsibility to ensure all delivery address details are complete and correct. We strongly recommend that a best contact number is also provided in case it is needed by the delivery driver.

Despatch & delivery time

Unless received very early in the day, all orders are normally despatched the following business day from sale.

Whilst we require that all freight companies that we use expedites customer deliveries without undue delay and with proper care, they are independent providers to us and their service is ultimately beyond our control. So whilst we can provide a likely delivery lead time based on prior experience, the precise delivery date and time cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or lost items

Our packaging ensures that the risk of damage is very low.

Any risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the point the courier confirms the shipment is delivered to the customer.

Returns

Our team goes to considerable effort to ensure that all book descriptions (especially second hand and old books) are factual, accurate and correct. In the unlikely event that our sales representation is proven to be clearly inaccurate, we will accept the book for return and provide a full refund including paying the return freight.

Any requests for return must be made immediately in writing (email), within 24 hours of the item being confirmed as delivered and we will arrange the book to be immediately collected from you.

If you change your mind

We are happy to accommodate changes to orders prior to despatch including combined shipping on multiple purchases.

We do not provide refunds or returns where the customer has simply changed their mind once a book is paid for or has been despatched.
