We will dispatch your products the next day after you pay your order. The delivery will take 2-5 working days depending on your location within NZ. We are happy to combine shipping and shipping prices are shown on all our lists.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses - PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons. We stock products in our Auckland store but we don’t offer pickup because our store is not designed for customer pick up.

Returns of non-faulty items require proof of purchase and goods must come back to us in unopened, unused, resalable condition in original packaging with all manuals and accessories, within 28 days. Freight will be at the cost of the purchaser for items returned, but contact us as we will do what we can to reduce this cost to our valued customers.

• We will offer refunds if the unit is return as saleable condition within 28 days;
• Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used, openned or not include all accessories;
• Refunds will not be offered because you simply "change your mind";
• Refund will be issued after all items returned to us and fully assessment by us;
• Shipping costs are non-refundable;
• If your return qualifies, we'll happily provide you with an exchange;

We provide a standard 30 day Return to Base Warranty for defects or malfunction for all listings that do not include any warranty information. Please check each product carefully for the correct warranty period in description.

• The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email (support@whitedonkey.co.nz) within 24hrs of receiving the item.
• Contact must be made directly with White Donkey for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices and auction number will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
• White Donkey will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used.
• The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to us. White Donkey is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
• Warranty does not cover unauthorized repairs, incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
• Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
