Wholesale Paint Group

Wholesale Paint Group ships its orders from its branch in Cairns, QLD. We sometimes rely on our fabulous staff in our southern branches (Townsville, Mackay & Gladstone) to help fulfill our orders. If your order won’t be leaving from Cairns, we will let you know!

Our orders will be shipped via Australia Post International Express which has an estimated delivery timeframe of 2-4 business days to New Zealand.

All items will be shipped within 1 business day of payment being received. If some rare reason we cannot ship within that timeframe, we will contact you immediately.

We take an incredibly amount of pride in picking, packing and shipping your items as quick as possible. We understand that when you buy something you want it ASAP (like us)! We also understand that accidents/incidents can occur during the process.

If for some reason your goods arrive damaged or inoperable, we will do everything in our power to fix the problem. If you find yourself in this circumstance, please email us – social@wholesalepaint.com.au. Rest assured customer experience is our number 1 priority, and we will respond to you promptly.

If you change your mind about an item, we do offer a 30 day return policy at the buyer’s expense. We will refund your purchase (less shipping) once we have received and are happy with the quality of the item.
