We don’t believe in hidden fees, especially when it comes to shipping. This means we offer FREE shipping for all orders.

Shipping Method

We use NZ Post to deliver orders throughout New Zealand. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in Auckland.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched the next working day, excluding weekends and public holidays (refer to ‘Shipping Restrictions’ below). Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

Once your order has been sent, you'll receive an email with a link to track its status through NZ Post.

Standard delivery is 2 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural areas (up to 5 days).

Shipping Restrictions

We deliver within New Zealand only. We do not currently ship to international Armed Forces or Freight Forwarders.

We do not ship orders on public holidays including but not limited to; New Year's Day, Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, ANZAC Day, King’s Birthday, Labour Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

Change of Mind Returns Policy

We abide by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

If you change your mind about your order, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased good(s) assuming the product is returned in like-new condition. Any damaged goods, including product packaging will result in either a partial or no refund.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed in 8-10 business days back to your original payment method (Ping or Afterpay).

Are you sure these wiper blades will fit my vehicle?

Yes. Simply select your vehicle’s make, model and year and we guarantee the wipers will fit.

Will you send the full wiper blade, or only the replacement rubber refill?

We provide the full wiper blade, not just the refill.

Can you install the wiper blades on my vehicle?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer installation at this time. The good news is that installing your new wipers only takes three simple steps. Just follow the installation guide we email you, you’ll have them fitted in minutes - no mechanic needed!
