All items purchased from Zmart will be delivered for free (unless stated otherwise in the product listing page).

Zmart has the following delivery expectation:

• Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days to major metro areas
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days to major metro areas, extra shipping freight applied.

Tracking information will be sent to you upon order fulfillment. This information can be used to track your shipment on the New Zealand Post website.

Please ensure to provide your complete address, including any business name should there be one. If your address is incomplete, we will contact you as soon as practicable to make corrections. This may incur a fee if the courier charges for a 2nd delivery, or parcel returned to sender.

At Zmart Australia, your satisfaction is our priority. Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under New Zealand law and is designed to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

When can items be returned?

• Change of mind: Items can be returned within 30 days.
• Faulty or incorrect items: Returns must be made within 14 days in accordance with statutory requirements.

How to return your order? Please contact us first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This ensures our warehouse team is prepared to process your return. Include a note with your RMA number or original order number inside the parcel, then send it back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Shipping for returns? We pay return shipping if an item is faulty, or wrongly described on the website. If you change your mind or the size does not fit, return postage is at your expense.

For any product issues, please contact us first and provide one or two clear photos as evidence so we can assist you quickly.

Our products follow standard AU/NZ sizing.

However, sizing may vary slightly between styles depending on their fit and cut — for example, slim-fit cuts or oversized styles. For the best fit, please refer to the size guide provided on each product listing.
