Ping allows you to pay instantly for your purchases by credit or debit card or bank deposit on Trade Me.

We are unable to accept any other payment methods including, but not limited to cheques, bank transfers, layby options, gift cards and eVouchers.

Our carriers are experiencing a large volume of freight within their networks. This added volume, coupled with restrictions may result in delays with delivery of orders for some customers.

Free Delivery

Adventure Kings Trade Me store offers free delivery on all orders within New Zealand. We recommend all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any re-delivery delays and/or fees.

P.O. Boxes

The couriers we use will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure a full address is entered in the checkout process.

International Shipping

Purchases from the Adventure Kings Trade Me store can only be sent to New Zealand address.

Delivery Times

Most orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the day the order is placed.

PLEASE NOTE – Delivery time estimates are provided by couriers. Delays may occur during peak periods and other factors.

1 You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you provided that for returns for change of mind products returned must be in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.

2 Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.

3 Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.

4 Returns under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will be refunded in the amount you paid for the product less the initial delivery charges as set out in your Order Confirmation email which you authorize us to deduct off the balance to be refunded to you.

5 We will provide refunds in the same form as your original payment.

6 Processing your refund will take approximately 5-10 days.

7 Purchases must be returned to one of the following locations with your proof of purchase:
