Orders placed prior to 12pm on any given working day will be dispatched that same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. All domestic deliveries are couriered via Fastway Couriers. International postage (Australia) is via an NZ Post courier service.

Track and Trace details will be supplied with every online purchase. Fastway operate on a target delivery timeframe of approximately 1-3 working days – Rural delivery times will be slightly longer. Australian target delivery times vary depending on location, however average around 4-6 working days.

We stand behind all products that we sell. Should you have any issues with a product purchased from our store (other than those resulting from standard wear and tear) we will work with you to provide a solution as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Should you make a purchase and then simply change your mind, we’re happy to provide a store credit (for the value of the item purchased – excluding courier charges) providing the product is returned to us within two weeks of purchase and in brand new condition with tags etc. still attached.
