Our bank account details will be sent to you automatically when the auction has finished.

Please include the auction ID number when making payment. Payment must be received within 7 days. Please allow 2-3 days for payment to clear.

Payment options include:

• Bank Deposit / Internet Transfer

• Cash or EFTPOS on pick up.
• Visa & Mastercard credit cards. Payments made by credit card will attract a 2.5% transaction fee.
• We do not accept payments by cheque

All purchases are normally dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Courier Deliveries All courier deliveries are signature required This means someone will need to sign for receipt of goods on delivery. If no one is home a card will be left by the driver with a phone number for you to ring to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

WARNING: Do not sign for receipt of the goods until you have inspected the item and you are completely satisfied that the goods inside the packaging are not damaged. We recommend that you open and inspect the package while the driver is present before you sign. If any damage has occurred during transit do not sign the delivery docket and do not accept the goods. Phone our office on 09 629 3658 immediately to advise us so we can make an insurance claim against the courier or transport company and replace the damaged goods. If you sign receipt of the goods and the goods have been damaged in transit you will not be covered by insurance and we will not be able to replace the product for you and Challenge Yachts will refuse any claims. All products leave our warehouse in perfect condition.

Warranty Conditions:

1. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults by email or phone within 72hrs of receiving the item. Contact must be made directly with Challenge Yachts Ltd for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer.
2. Challenge Yachts Ltd will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected', Please choose your purchase carefully.
3. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. A restocking & repackaging fee will be charged when the original packaging and manuals are not returned.
4. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to Challenge Yachts Ltd, Unit 5a, 157 Stoddard Rd, Mt Roskill Auckland.. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return Challenge Yachts Ltd is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
5. Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
6. Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
7. Challenge Yachts Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts along with Trade Me's Standard Trading Terms and Conditions. a. Damaged caused through incorrect installation. b. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed c. Neglect and careless storage d. Unauthorised repairs
8. All warranty work must take place at the premises of Challenge Yachts Ltd.
