While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update our Trademe auctions as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order; you have checked all relevant details about the products and/or services you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this auction.

In the rare instance we make a mistake or through other extenuating circumstances please note; all products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will try to advise you if a product or service is unavailable. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either cancelling the order or to continue with the order at the corrected price.

All photocopiers/printers are delivered and installed by us. We have our own tail-lifta truck that is solely used for machine deliveries. Also we have the latest in stair climbing technology allowing us to easily install machines upstairs.

As we are an online company we do not have a pick up facility.

All toners are despatched as soon as we get notification that payment has been made via pay now or you have e-mailed us with your company information. Having been in the industry for so long we understand that when your copier/printer is out of toner it is required yesterday, we will do all we can to ensure the toner gets there as soon as possible.

All machine warranty work is performed by us on site, none of these ridiculous “return to base” policies. We will sort any issues out within 24 hours, often a lot sooner.

If you require warranty service for any toners, please return any faulty goods to the Copier Service Company Limited with a copy of the invoice, fault description, and contact details. If using courier or delivery services, please ensure the unit is packed carefully. The Copier Service Company takes no responsibility for damage in transit of goods being returned.
