Lay-by Payment:

If you would like to Lay-by our products we can email you the contract and terms and conditions. There is no minimum purchase amount required. A Lay-by order can take place with a 20% deposit. All Layby purchases must be completed within 4 months from date of invoice or all payments will be retained to CT auto parts with no refund and the contract will be terminated.

Pricing/Invoice:

We strive to price competitively within New Zealand but if you find the same product like for like on brand cheaper than ours let us know , chances are we may be able to better or price match. All prices are NZD GST inclusive and invoice given on request.

We courier everyday Monday-Friday with Tracking and Trace service

Australian Delivery also available.

Auctions bought on Saturday / Sunday or public days will not be sent out until the next Working day. Auctions need to be paid for within 7 working days from time of purchase unless otherwise agreed – in cases of the last item in stock and non payment after 7 working days from time of purchase the Auction will be Relisted . Purchases can be paid for in store during working hours only.

• All Freight for returning goods / replacement goods will be paid by customer. ( Warranty items are Return to base only at your cost – this is non refundable.)
• If the Product is faulty or damaged upon delivery please notify us within 7 working days and we will strive to fix the issue. a refund will be given If a replacement part cannot be supplied.
• If the part has been self damaged/abused this is a warranty void.
• Electrical items are excluded from the above unless proof of fitting from a registered motor industry professional.
• Warranty does not cover Labour cost (Installation cost).
• Goods bought at a special or promotion price will not be returned for credit.
• The original invoice must be returned with the goods or proof of purchase.
• Goods returned must be clean , undamaged , not fitted or used and in unmarked factory packaging.

Consumer Guarantees Act:

We follow the general rules in the Consumer Guarantees Act. In addition to your rights, your warranty is under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. However, if you are purchasing for the purposes of a business, you should agree that the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 shall not apply.

All warranties and conditions implied under any other statutes (including the Sale of Goods Act 1908) are expressly excluded from your warranty.
