How long will my order take to ship?

Once your order is placed it will be sent to one of our Australian, International or New Zealand warehouses for processing, then collected by one of our freight partners to deliver to your door.

Each product listing will show the time your order takes to ship ie. The time it takes to leave our warehouse.

Once my order ships, how long will delivery take?

In order to get your purchase to you in the quickest time possible, we use some of the world's largest freight providers.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

*Unlimited refers to calls and texts to standard New Zealand and Australian numbers, landlines and mobiles, placed while in New Zealand. Personal Use and Fair Use policy apply. All Kogan Mobile Plans are prepay. The full amount of each Plan must be paid upon activation, recharge or purchase of a voucher. MMS is included to standard New Zealand mobile numbers. Calls, SMS & MMS to international numbers, special or premium numbers (eg. 0900, 018) data calls and usage, video calling and roaming services are not included. Additional add-on packs must be purchased separately in order to use premium services like roaming and international calls.

Prepay plans do not include calls and SMS to international numbers, calls, SMS and data used when roaming, premium & pre-routed SMS, voice call diverts, video calls, use of the VHA network for commercial purposes or re-sale & any voice call, SMS or MMS that is re-routed by a third party and/or re-routed to an international destination or to a premium number or service.

If Data Per 30 Days is exhausted before 30 days has elapsed, access to data will cease until the beginning of the next data 30 day block (if any), or the customer recharges or purchases a data pack. For 365 Days Plan: comes with 18GB (SMALL 365 DAYS plan) 48GB (MEDIUM 365 DAYS Plan) 180GB (LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) or 384GB (EXTRA LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) Total Data, in each case split into 30 day blocks as per prepay plan table from days 1 – 360. From days 361 – 365, 256MB (SMALL 365 DAYS Plan), 683MB (MEDIUM 365 DAYS Plan) 2560MB (LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) or 5461MB (EXTRA LARGE 365 DAYS Plan) will be added to the account. 1GB = 1024MB. If Data Per 30 Days amount is exhausted before 30 days has elapsed, access to data will cease until the beginning of the next 30 day block (if any), or the customer recharges or purchases a data pack.
