Payment Instructions are automatically sent to all winning bidders after auctions closed and we ask that payment is made in full within 7 working days, We do however understand unforseen delays if we are kept informed.. Please ensure that you include the correct Trademe auction number and reference number on all deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear at our end due to bank clearance time.

We dispatch goods every morning(except weekend and public holiday) after we sight your payment. We use courier for all small to medium items which will be delivered 1-2 working days after dispatch. Larger items will be dispatched by Transport Company. Delivery will be 2-4 working days. We would appreciate a phone number with all orders as this will make the couriers jobs easier.

We can not deliver goods to PO BOX or PRIVATE BAG

GST Invoice:

We are a GST registered company, and we can provide GST invoice as required.

Privacy Act:

Under no circumstances will we pass your details on to a third party, and all information supplied to e smart is considered private and confidential.

Warranty Conditions:

If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information then we automatically provides a 30days Return to Base Warranty for any manufacturing faults or defects.

Warranty does not cover:

1. Natural hazard damage (ie: weather, ultraviolet [UV] damage),
2. Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
3. Neglect and careless storage.

Replacement Policy: The Buyer must report any damages or faults by email within 7days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame. The Buyer is liable for the Costs of returning Faulty/Damaged Products back to us under Warranty. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. In return we are liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective and we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality. Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used. Refunds will not be offered if the buyer changes their mind, or if the item is 'not what you expected'. Please choose your purchase carefully. Original postage charges are non-refundable.
