We accept Trade Me’s Pay Now or ping System using your pre-registered Credit Card. You can also do bank deposit. Please follow the instructions on our payment email and remember to include the Trademe purchase reference number.

Payment instructions are automatically sent to winning bidders, containing bank account details and pickup address.

At Fastening Solutions we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders made before 11 AM will be shipped from our warehouse the same business day

Orders made after 11 AM will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

All orders are shipped by our team directly from Fastening Solutions Christchurch.

Delivery Times

We use NZ Couriers within NZ as our trusted courier partner.

Standard shipping is 1-2 business days. All orders are supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

Overnight shipping will be delivered the next working Day if we receive your order before 11 AM.

Fastening Solutions Ltd will accept returns for any faulty item and adhere to the expectations of the consumers guarantee act. Please contact Customer Services and request a "Return Authorisation" before you send your item back to us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Returns must be sent within 7 business days of authorisation and must be in resalable condition.

Non-faulty Returns are shipped at the customer's risk. We cannot take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit, but feel free to let us know if any issues do arise. Accepted returns are refunded by the method in which you paid.

Return requests are accepted within 30 days after the buyer has received their order. For Non-faulty returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. When we have made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs.

The refund will always be processed by the same method as payment was made. No replacements.
