Shipping Method

Please note: Since we ship from overseas warehouses, the goods will first be transported by air from overseas to New Zealand, and finally handed over to the last-mile shipping service provider, we cooperate with for final delivery.

The logistics service providers of our overseas warehouses are Yanwen, YunExpress, China Post, 4Px Express, and more will continue to be added in the future.

The logistics service providers we cooperate with for the last leg are NZ Post, Fast Horse NZ, Imile, and will continue to increase in the future.

The delivery process is: Overseas warehouse - Overseas warehouse logistics service provider - Air freight - Customs clearance - Leave it to the last-mile logistics service provider to arrange the final delivery

When we dispatch your item to you, an email confirmation will be sent. If possible the item will be left in a secure location at the address specified.

Shipping Times

Most orders are dispatched on the 3 working day. We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Standard NZ delivery is 10-14 business days to major cities, with additional time for rural deliveries.

Logistics may be delayed during the following holidays:

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Any rights you have under this policy in relation to your product are additional to any rights you may have under consumer laws.

If you change your mind about your online purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund to the value of the purchased goods. This applies to full price, sale and clearance items but excludes goods sold as “seconds”.

Goods purchased online must be returned in unused condition, in original packaging (with tags attached) with proof of purchase within 60 days of the purchase date. You will need to return the product to us by post.

We will provide a refund for a product purchased online in the same form as your original payment. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your refund. Processing times may take longer during sale periods. We do not cover the cost of delivery back to our warehouse. We will not refund the original delivery charges for a change-of-mind return. It is your responsibility to return the item to us in a safe way. We are not responsible for items being returned to us which are lost or damaged in transit.

Pricing I have previously seen and/or purchased an item at a lower price, can you honour this? We regularly hold sales, promotions or clearance events for different seasons and product range changes, therefore prices can, and will change from time to time. We are not obligated to honour previous prices; only those published at the time of purchase apply.

Can I pay for overnight or express deliveries? Unfortunately not, at this current time we only have one freight option available.

How long will my order take? If you are in a residential area please allow 10 – 14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered to you. For rural areas, and during busy sale periods, please allow a further 3 – 4 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer shipping worldwide

My item arrived damaged - what should I do? If you have received a faulty or damaged item please email to discuss the issue and work out an appropriate solution.

I received the wrong product - what should I do? Please send email and explain that you have received an incorrect item. Our team will work with you to discuss the issue and come to an appropriate solution.

Returns & Refunds Can I return a Trade Me purchase? If you want to return an item purchased on Trade Me, please email to us to get return address details

How do I get the order back to you? Returns can be sent from your nearest Post Office. To ensure that the item arrives in original condition, it is important that the packaging used is robust enough to protect the item. For all returns that relate to a “Change of Mind” postage must be paid by the returnee and will not be refunded. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this to enable you to track your return.

Will you refund my delivery charge if I change my mind? We’ll refund you what you paid for your product(s) but not the delivery charge, unless the order was faulty or incorrect.
