The payment options available: Bank deposit, Internet Banking, and cash/ Eftpos on pick-up.

GST Invoices: We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are available by request.

We will send the items out on the same day if you purchase before 2.00 pm during the weekdays. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.

We check and make sure that our products are under good conditions before dispatching. Please email us immediately once you found the parcel was damaged on the during delivery when you received it.

Returns due to subject reasons (e.g. change of mind, wrong size) are acceptable. In such cases, return freight charges must be covered by the customer. The product must be returned to us in new and unused conditions with all accessories and original packaging. The full product value, minus the shipping, or other charges, will be refunded to the customer.

In case of replacing faulty products, we will re-ship the new item to the customer for free. If any faulty or damaged products need to be sent back to us, the amount of returning freight we cover is only up to the freight paid to us at the initial sale.

If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. Products must be returned with all accessories. Warranty cover does not include damage caused by operating the equipment in a way, which is outside the described instructions.

Warranty cover does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.

If the item has been modified, changed or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by the seller to provide service (which does not include standard periodic maintenance), in all such cases the warranty is considered void.

PROCESS: If you have a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately: Notify us by email. The following information is required to enable to us determine the best resolution: Reference Number, and description of the fault or damage (photos or videos is ideal). Most of the issues can be easily resolved by step by step instructions communicated by email, for more complex issues our Technical Team will discuss the best solution for you. You may be required to return the goods to our Auckland office. The buyer is accountable to make sure the goods is firmly packaged to avoid any damage during the return process.
