Bought buy pay now and paid via ping immediately on the 11th March. Still no parcel and only comms is feedback received requesting payment????? I responded to it, yet to hear anything. Have you sent because if not I want my refund ASAP.

I was disappointed the skirt arrived unlined when I had asked the question if it was lined before buying. Was shipped from India, not USA, and return postage wasn't worth the cost. I was offered a lined replacement or a 40% discount. Resolution was prompt and friendly but I was disappointed in the quality of the garment. Also the overlocking thread was white when the skirt was blue - a matching colour would have looked more professional.

Not as described. I must have picked what I wanted to read out of the description as “Denim will naturally fade” meant it was denim to me. And it’s not. My own fault for missing that it’s polyester so not able to use for what I wanted to. Arrived quickly. Cheers
