Layby purchasing:

• Total order value must be over $400.00
• 25% deposit required, which is non-refundable
• Balance to be paid within 6 to 8 weeks of purchase. (Pre-order purchasing can be up to 12 to 14 weeks)

Pick up: is welcomed during our opening hours. Please tell us if you want to pick up after the auction closes. The pick-up address and details will be emailed to you after your payment is confirmed by us.

Courier Deliveries: Small items will be sent by Courier. Deliveries are generally sent the next working day once payment has been received and not prior, however, delays can occur. Deliveries require a signature on arrival, and nothing is sent via standard post. If you will not be home between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday to accept the delivery then please have the goods addressed to your place of work if possible, otherwise you will be required to liaise with the courier. Track and Trace Numbers will be supplied after the item(s) has been collected from us. Courier fees include packaging and are combinable where possible.

Delivery duration: Usually 1-3 days (North Island) or 3-7 days (South Island) once we have received payment. Rural areas will take an extra 1 to 2 days.

Freight Delivery: For large items, we will obtain quotes from a freight company for the buyer’s approval. Deliveries are generally sent the next working day once payment has been received and not prior, however delays can occur during busy periods or if freight companies are experiencing delays.

We will pass buyer’s contact details to the carrier. The freight company will usually directly contact the buyer prior to the delivery to make sure someone will available to sign upon receipt of the item. We also will notify the buyer with dispatch information for them to contact with the freight company directly and track their order.

Damages, faults or loss in Transit: The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery. Any reports of damaged, missing or faulty items must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Return of goods: Return requests must be made by email within seven days of receiving the item. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the Buyer. JS Interiors reserves the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame. JS Interiors will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

Sending back any faulty product to JS Interiors will be at the Buyer’s expense. We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. In return JS Interiors is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case of the returned item being tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In this case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs.

If you are planning to return your item, please note the following points listed below:

• All returning costs of delivery to JS Interiors will be at the buyer’s expense unless JS Interiors agrees otherwise.
• All returned merchandise must be UNUSED ·
• All returns must include ALL original boxes and packaging·
• All returns should be insured with the shipping company —JS Interiors cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages
• All returns of un-defective opened merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• We allow the return of items within 7 to 14 days after receiving the order except for clearance items with a discount of 50% off or over. Any return of items later than 14 days will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Replacements for damaged or defected products will be the same as the original product model
• A 20% restocking fee will occur if the customer requests to change the product model as their replacement.

Returns and exchanges usually take 10-20 days to process. Credits will be processed within 14 days of receipt. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. All refunds will be refunded by internet transfer into the purchaser’s account
