Eftpos

Available for goods being picked up from our company. We accept EFTPOS and credit card. Cash is also welcome.

We send all small parcels via NZ post, larger goods via Freight Transport in North Island. Payment must be made to us to cover such costs, and we will quote each auction independently.

We will replace or exchange if:

• Item is defective
• Item is incorrectly described in the auction listing If we are unable to replace goods we will offer you a refund.

We will not refund if:

• You simply "change your mind"
• Item was "not what you expected it to be" or "not what you imagined it to be". (We may exchange at our discretion)

Please ask question before bidding. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition accompanied by the original invoice.

If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us via e-mail initially stating clearly what the problem is. We will contact you within 2 working days with the procedure to resolve the problem via the above guidelines. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction and will work closely with you to resolve any problems.
