No answer to my question about combining postage, as I was running out of time, I ordered it anyway. I never received email confirmation so assumed it was posted with the other purchased. When the other item was received, I emailed them. They replied pretty quickly, but no explanation about why this was missed. Still waiting on delivery. Bit disappointing as the other thing purchased at the same time went so smoothly.
