We are GST registered and are able to provide a GST invoice if required at the time of purchase.

Payment Instructions

Payment instructions are automatically sent to all buyers at the time of purchase. We ask that payment be made in 3 working days please. Please ensure that you note the exact auction number with the P on bank deposits to avoid confusion.It is important that payment is made on time so we can ensure stock is available for dispatch as soon as possible.

Payment can be made via Cash,Ping and Bank Deposit.

Once your order has been loaded onto the courier you will receive an auto confirmation email which contains the tracking information.Delivery times are estimated at approx. 1-3 days from when tracking number has been issued. Some areas may take longer.

Please also note that deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham, Kawau, Waiheke etc) will incur additional costs. Please contact us first to find out these rates.

Damage or Lost:

If the product you have ordered is damaged in transit. Please email us within 5 days of receiving and all the requirement from our auto confirmation email. Please note that for your claim to be accepted the item must be put back to its original packaging.

If your item has been lost in transit we will assist you to contact the courier to lodge a lost item claim, however We do not cover or replace lost items from the courier. A claim will be processed under the courier policy. Lost packages must be reported within 15 days from the shipping date. If an item claims to be lost after delivery, we as the supplier will not bear any responsibilities..

Our warranty policy covers the products for 12 months from the purchase date. Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear is not covered by our warranty policy.

If you feel that your purchase has a fault that is covered under warranty please contact us, including as much detail as possible (including a photo of the issue if possible or applicable) so that we can assess the problem and advise you of a solution. This could be either a repair, replacement or refund. We reserve the right to provide the best possible solution based on availability of stock.
