At this time we only accept payments via Pay Now (Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club). Payment must be made within 24 hours after you "Buy Now".

We are New Zealand GST registered & a GST receipt is provided with every purchase.

Express Delivery

All items are sent by express courier & are fully track-able. Orders received & paid in full before 2pm are generally despatched the same day. We use a signature courier so if you are not at the address a card will be left and you will need to call the couriers to arrange for a suitable time for delivery.

North Island deliveries are generally received in 1-2 business days (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).

South Island deliveries are general received in 2-3 business days (add 1-2 business days for rural locations).

We are not able to deliver to PO Boxes as we require a signature on delivery for your protection, so please supply a physical street address for delivery.

We appreciate buying online is tricky because you can’t physically touch & feel the product. That's why we offer a full 100 day exchange or refund policy, so you can buy with complete confidence! All we ask is you return it to us, unused in its original condition, with tags still attached.

We try and respond to emails & questions as soon as possible however due to the huge volume of emails our reply may not be immediate. We reply to all emails but in the event that you have not received a response within 3 working days please check your junk box, spam & pop-up filters.

Warranties
