PAYMENT OPTIONS

Once your purchase has been completed, please quote the auction number and your name for our reference. This will help get the correct item to the correct buyer.

We take the following forms of payment:

• Bank deposit (please check with store first)
• EFTPOS (in store)
• Q Card & Farmers Card
• Cash (in store)

Finance is available (subject to approval). This must be completed in-store and arranged prior to purchase.

Goods will be transported or sent via courier – please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery. As signature is required, we prefer that a business address is provided.

Pick up from in store is more than welcome.

Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Goods are not returnable simply because you have changed your mind. If there are any manufacturer faults or defects, please notify the store as soon as possible so any issues can be dealt with and a satisfactory manner.

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the goods to the store purchased from. If there is a warranty issue, the freight charge will be refunded once the goods are received by the store.

We will endeavour to place feedback once transactions have been completed and goods shipped/collected. We would appreciate if you could provide us with feedback once your goods have been received.
