All packages under 2kg are shipped using our Priority International Airmail Service from UK Royal Mail with an estimated delivery time of: 6-7 working days.

Royal Mail Policy regarding delayed, possibly lost packages, is that up to 20 working days should be allowed before any claim can be made. This is to allow for possible re-direction or re-delivery if it has gone 'astray' in some way. Please contact us if you are at all concerned.

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel

You must notify us of your intent to cancel / return the item within 30 days of the date of delivery to your address.

Returned items must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all parts, accessories, original packaging and the original invoice.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, Please contact us and we will provide further instructions.
