Bulky Items Bulky or heavy items incur an additional $5.00 when shipped to the South Island

If you Buy Now before 4:00PM Monday to Friday, your order usually ships the same day for delivery overnight within New Zealand. Please allow an extra day for delivery when ordering in the weekend, or for bulky/heavy items going to the South Island.

Your order will be shipped using a tracked courier service and a tracking link will be provided.

If you’ve changed your mind, we will accept a Return (at the buyer’s cost) within 14 days provided the item is unopened, unused and in a mint re-sellable condition.

If the item arrived faulty or did not work as intended, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of your item after it has been returned (at our cost) and tested.
