Free standard shipping is now being offered on all products over $300.

When will I receive my order?

Standard shipping for orders placed on Magnum Sound and Vision trade me store is by Courier Post for the North Island and the South Island. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items, exclude the one business day order processing time and are subject to carrier delay outside our control. If you are not available to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions to for you to arrange delivery of your order. For the purposes of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you agree that delivery took place when the card was left by Courier Post (as applicable).

Your return rights

If you are unhappy with your Bose product, or it is not performing as you think it should, you may have rights to return the product under:

• The Bose Manufacturer's Warranty

Your BOSE product comes with a Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

• The Supplier's Returns Policy

If you purchased your BOSE product from a Bose Store or authorised reseller, you may also have rights to return the product to that supplier under the supplier's returns policy. Please speak to the supplier from whom you purchased your BOSE product for further details.

You must check any Product delivered to you to determine if it is damaged. If a Product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that Product and notify us through our Customer Service. If you notice damage to a Product after delivery, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery. If so, you may return the product to us in accordance with this clause. If you wish to return a Product that is not damaged please note that there is no legal requirement for us to accept returned goods if you have merely changed your mind. However, we may accept certain goods back if they are returned unopened, unused and in original undamaged condition within a period of 7 days only. Personal hygiene products and headphones may only be returned if they are faulty.

Contact us first to see if this applies to the goods that you wish to return. We will not refund the Delivery Fee where the Products have been delivered to you, unless you are returning the Product because it was damaged.

The product return rights given to you under the Manufacturer's Warranty, the Bose Excitement Guarantee and any supplier returns policy are additional to your rights to return products to the manufacturer or supplier under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
