Order 30% deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable is required at the time of making the back order or customized items, balance to be paid in full when the items arrive or before delivery or pick up.

Laybys 20% deposit which is required at the time of purchase, balance to be paid in full within 16 weeks unless otherwise agreed. If the layby is canceled due to change of mind by buyer, we will retain the deposit as administration fee (e.g. restocking fee, storage fee, payment record fee and so on.)

Delivery and Freight

• The purchaser shall be responsible for the costs of transporting the goods unless otherwise agreed.
• We will deliver the goods into your premises if it is safe to do so. Meaning, safe to transport the furniture without any chance of damaging it and safe for our delivery team to do so without injuring themselves.
• Delivery of goods upstairs in any environment incurs an extra charge unless otherwise agreed.
• The purchaser is responsible for informing the shop at the time of purchase if they want goods delivered upstairs or downstairs.
• The purchaser is responsible for making measurements and allowances for items going up/down stairs.
• There must be sufficient space to transport the goods up/down stairs, if at the time of delivery the delivery team decide not to deliver goods up/down stairs or anywhere requested by the purchaser that they deem to be unsafe or risk damage to the goods, they will leave the goods in agreed place and it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to transport goods from there themselves.
• If at any time the goods need to be redelivered due to the purchaser not being present to receive the goods when we have organized an agreed time with them, the cost of redelivering the goods will be on the purchaser.

Goods Pick up & Get Delivered

• Pick up by purchaser: The purchaser must check the item and report any damages or faults to us at pick up. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after pick up.
• Delivery arranged by purchaser: The purchaser must consign the pickup person to check the item and report any damages or faults to us at pick up. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after pick up.
• Delivery by us: The purchaser must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to our delivery team at the time of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after signing off the delivery receipt.
• Delivery arranged by us: The purchaser must check the item prior to signing for them as if the items are signed for “in good order” and report any transit damages or faults to us by email or phone within 24 hours after receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

Refund, Exchange, and Change of Mind

• Please choose your goods carefully, we will not refund or exchange your goods if you have changed your mind or the goods do not fit in your premises.
• Therefore, take care to measure sizes accurately as no refund or exchange will be given if you have failed to do so.
• Make sure you measure doorways, hallways and any openings where the furniture must pass through and make allowances for this when choosing your furniture. We are not obligated to refund or exchange your purchase if you have failed to measure correctly.
• We will not attempt to deliver goods into your home if there is any possibility of damaging the goods by trying to fit them through doorways, hall ways other openings or over fences etc.
• If for some reason we accept the cancellation of all undelivered goods, or the return of delivered goods (provided the goods are still in sealed/unopened with packaging in original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt) that are due to a change of mind by the purchaser, or any other reason due to no fault of us, the purchaser will incur a 15% restocking fee for said goods.

• All our products carry a 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated.
• The warranty starts from the day you receive your product and we warrant our product to be free from defective materials or workmanship for the length of the warranty period.
• The warranty is not transferable and only covers the original purchaser. You must hold the original store receipt (proof of purchase) to claim under warranty.
• The warranty is for home use only. So if you are acquiring furniture for business purposes as defined in sections 2 and 43 of the CGA, you agree that the consumer guarantees provided for in the CGA will not apply to the supply of those furniture.
• We reserve the right to repair or replace any product that falls under the normal warranty conditions.
• We also reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim if under inspection the product failure is due to cases other than defective workmanship or materials that fall outside the normal warranty conditions.
• We will meet all our obligations regarding warranties as set out in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
