Payment must be made in full prior to delivery and a maximum of 3 days after auction closes (unless prior arrangement has been made).

We are a registered company and will provide a G.S.T. tax invoice with all sales.

Pick ups:

Pick up and payment can be made during our normal business hours from New Zealand Car Parts @ 21 Industry Road Penrose Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 6.00 Pm payment can be made via Cash / Eftpos / Credit card

Please call before you collect as prior arrangement is required.

It can take up to 48 hours for transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as they appear in our account.

We use various freight companies depending on size of goods and location of delivery.

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind or because the item was not what you thought it was or expected it to be. Where possible please give us as much information about your vehicle or the part you require to ensure you are supplied the right part first time.

Your details will not be passed onto any 3rd party and we take all reasonable steps to keep your details private and confidential. As part of our customer loyalty program, we may retain your e-mail address to follow up on customer satisfaction or on how we can make your experience with us more enjoyable.
