Please allow 24 hours for bank transferred funds to clear. We will send the purchased items as soon as the payment has been cleared in our account. Please note that payments made over a weekend may not show in our account until Tuesday morning. Public holidays also may add an extra working day.

We are a registered company and are happy to provide a GST tax invoice at your request.

Depending on your location & the size of the item purchased products are shipped via Courier post, Toll, Castle parcels & Post Haste Couriers with signature required delivery service once full payment (including any additional freight costs) has been cleared.

Delivery to rural addresses and remote areas can add additional cost to the delivery price quoted and customers who live in these regions must let us know and also be aware their delivery times may be longer. Also please let us know if you have any special delivery instructions.

Please open and inspect all parcels before signing for the courier delivery and if damaged in transit please ensure the courier has recorded this and notify us immediately.

Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, in the unlikely event that an item arrives faulty we will replace or exchange if your:

-Item is damaged in transit -Item is defective -You notify us within 7 days -If your item is unable to be replaced we will offer you a refund

We will do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

It is the customer's responsibility to return goods for any reason. If it is a warranty issue we will refund the freight charges once we receive the goods back in our store. Your purchase is covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
