Shipping is listed on every auction.

We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your requested products to the shipping address specified in your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area.

All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier.

We use Post Haste as a courier preference; however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.

We do not allow pickups

Combine Shipping

We can combine shipping on all auctions finishing on the SAME Day, you paid the highest shipping rate on the first item and 50% of shipping on further auctions.

We do not combine orders that finish on different days as this is not workable in our system

Using the Trademe Shopping Cart, will combine orders and once you hit $100 will be freight Free

We will ensure that our obligations under all New Zealand Acts are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange to have it repaired or replaced.

The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the cost of returning the item to you.

Please note that we will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind. Ensure that you choose your products carefully and make sure that they are compatible with your requirements.

We do not offer physical location for pickup or return for purchases from our TradeMe store.

How long do orders take to be delivered?

Rural delivery can attract a longer time period area. Please though allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. Christmas closures of our supply warehouses may also increase delivery times.
