Warranty & Returns

1. Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice.
2. The Warranty becomes null and void in the case of incorrect utilization or disregard of the instructions.
3. We will happily offer replacement items (no refunds) if:

• Item is dead on arrival or damaged
• There is a manufacturing fault with the item
• The wrong item was sent to you

1. If you have purchased an item, and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund less a fee to cover packing and shipping costs & associated fees.

We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of product if you would like a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

1. Warranty does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved.
2. Transport costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by Online Auto Parts. These costs will be limited to the actual shipment costs between Online Auto Parts Warehouse and the client's delivery address.
3. No refunds or replacement items will be issued prior to the receipt and proper testing and inspection of any goods that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
4. Please choose your parts carefully and make sure you have your correct vehicle information. If not sure please contact us prior to purchase. We will help to rectify when parts are purchased incorrectly but the return and replace shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Contact us if you have any reason to return the item. We do highly recommend taking the insurance we offer during checkout. This will allow us to quickly fix any damage or non-delivery issues quickly and without fuss.

We offer replacement if item is dead on arrival, damaged, faulty or the wrong item was sent to you (in these cases we will arrange return shipping for you). If you have purchased an item and decided you would like to return it, we may offer a refund minus a restocking fee to cover original fees & postage costs (even if it was free shipping it still costs postage).

Return shipping is buyer’s responsibility in this case. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs are refundable only in the case where warranty has been duly recognized and accepted by us.

Q: Tracking shows item location Virginia BC? Why is this? A: Virginia BC is the closest Aust Post Business Centre to us in Brisbane QLD. Parcels are collected from our warehouse several times each day and processed at this location. Please do not be mistaken for thinking your parcel is coming from another country.

Q: Is this item new? A: All our items are NEW unless otherwise stated. You will find we very rarely have items that are not brand new listed.

Q: How Do I Pay? A: Use TradeMe’s PayNow for fast efficient payment processing.

Q: Is the price in NZ Dollars does it include GST? A: Yes prices are in NZ Dollars and we send a commercial invoice and it is GST exempt. If total order including shipping is $399 NZD or under you will not be required to pay any import taxes or duty. $400 NZD and over you will be required to pay the GST. Q: Do you combine shipping? A: This is difficult on the TradeMe website as the site has no ability to combine shipments. You will need to contact us prior to purchasing to discuss combining orders.

Q: What is the Warranty? A: Most of our products carry a minimum of 12 month warranty with some up to 3 years. If you have any warranty or incorrect supply issues please contact us and we will attend to this right away.

Q: Can I install this myself? A: Most accessories are quite simple and straight forward to install but please be aware that mechanical parts do not usually come with instructions and you will need some mechanical knowledge, technical manual or get a qualified professional technician to install.

Q: I missed an item can you relist it? A: Most items will automatically relist within 24hrs of selling or ending.

Q: Where is my item shipped from? A: Most of the time your item is shipped from our Geebung Office/Warehouse in Brisbane QLD. We use DHL & Aust Air Post Express. If sent via Aust Post it will show via online tracking as coming from Virginia BC. Please note this is the Aust Post Business Centre closest to us and not in another country.

Q: Can you supply other Auto parts A: Yes. Please send us details of your vehicle and what you require and we will try to quote you. We have access to a wide range of parts and accessories to suit many vehicles.
