We ask you please to make contact with us within 3 days after the auction, and make your payment within 5 business days afterwards. When you make payment please use your name and the auction number as reference to avoid any delays. Also you can make it faster by sending your delivery address details via Trade Me.

Prive invoice: All prices are GST inclusive. GST invoices are automatically sent. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes.

We use Castle Parcels for all shipping. Castle Parcels is a large, well-established and reliable national courrier company whose priority is to ensure that packages are delivered in the best possible time and condition. All packages are fully insured if lost or damaged. We aim to get the purchased goods out of the store within 24 hours of receiving payment or sooner if need be. NB Delays are to be expected week-ends and public holidays.

Picking-up of goods can be arranged.
