All purchases require Auction number and a name for our reference.

We take the following forms of payment:

• Direct credit to our Bank account.
• Layby is available on goods over $300 with a 25% deposit and the balance paid within 4 weeks. Goods are shipped once fully paid.
• Finance is available via Gilrose Finance on purchases over $600 - Apply online at http://www.gilrose.co.nz and once finance has been approved feel free to hit buy now. Fees apply.SHIPPING

We ship small items via Fastway Couriers and substantial items are sent via Mainfreight. We aim to ship the day we receive payment between Monday to Friday and do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Goods may also be picked up from our show room.

In the event that goods arrive damaged or are faulty we are more than happy to replace or exchange your goods.

With all warranties we operate with a 'return to base' policy meaning it is the buyer's responsibility and cost to return the goods and our responsibility to return the new goods to you if the warranty claim is accepted. Please contact us within 7 days.
