China to NZ International Standard Delivery (6-10 working days)

Some small parcels could be dispatched from our China warehouse will take 6-10 days to be delivered depending on the delivery location. The standard deliveries are sent using our 3rd party logistics provider with NZ post completing the local delivery.

Parts don’t fit? No worries, you have 30 days to return the item in its original packaging for a full refund or store credit.

If the part doesn’t meet its advertised purpose or does not fit in accordance with the Redbox 100% Fitment Guarantee, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or no longer require the item, you will need to pay the return shipping cost.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please visit our returns page on the Redbox website (excluding items marked for Clearance).

Change of Mind

If you have a change of mind about your purchase or have ordered the wrong part for your vehicle, Redbox will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund provided that:

You can provide a proof of purchase

It is within 30 days of your item(s) being sent

The item(s) is unused with original, sealed packaging and tags attached

The item(s) is not subject to the exclusions below

Where there has been a change of mind or the part is no longer suitable for whatever reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Listing Incorrect or Item is Not as Described

If the part does not fit your car due to an incorrect or incomplete listing on our website, Redbox will provide you with an exchange, store credit or refund and cover 100% of the return shipping cost provided that:

The item(s) is returned within 30 days of arrival

The item(s) has not been fitted to your vehicle

Your vehicle VIN where the item did not fit

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated on the item, all products sold by Redbox are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase.

Warranty claims must meet one the following criteria and be sent to Redbox with a receipt to be eligible for a refund:

The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or

The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

The product does not match the sample or the Redbox descriptions; or

The product was damaged during delivery
