To help you determine the estimated product cost (including shipping) for a given product, we provide indicative shipping prices based on the entered qty and postcode. The actual shipping price based on all products in the total order will be calculated at checkout based on the largest shipping cost item and your location/post code.

Guide to Shipping Delivery Times*

Our orders will be dispatched out of our Auckland or Christchurch warehouses, products marked ‘online only’ will be dispatched directly from our supplier.

2-3 working days - Residential and Business delivery addresses 3-5 working days - Rural delivery addresses (dependent on rural delivery service) Up to 7-14 working days - Items sent directly from Suppliers

Guide to Freight Companys We Use

Small to Large products will be sent via Post Haste Couriers and a tracking link will be automatically emailed to you. Extra Large to Oversized products will be sent via Mainfreight or direct from our Suppliers, tracking (consignment information) of these items is available by request.

Guide to Shipping Costs for Outer Island Delivery

We deliver to most locations in New Zealand. Our couriers and freight forwarders charge an additional fee to deliver to the following locations and we have to pass on that fee.

• Waiheke Island - an additional charge of $22.50
• Chatham Islands – additional charge dependent on order TBC
• Stewart Island – additional charge dependent on order TBC
• Great Barrier Island – additional charge dependant on order TBC

Once you order, we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping charge for these locations or contact us via phone or email and we will happily provide you with a quote.

International Delivery and Postal Boxes

Sorry, we only deliver to New Zealand and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Although we are happy to send your order to your freight forwarder or shipping agent within New Zealand. Contact us to find out more.

Please note that orders with multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages this will cause delivery timeframes to vary.

*All delivery estimates could be subject to change due to factors outside our control such as weather, traffic incidents or increased courier demand during holiday periods.

Product Returns

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All returned products must be in its original packaging, in ‘as new’ condition and resalable.

If you change your mind or you have ordered the wrong product, we are happy to provide a refund or store credit within 7 days of the date of purchase. We will even find the right replacement product for you.

However, please choose your product carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind after 7 days, if the product has been installed or if the product is not resalable.

Once received back in store, product will be checked before refund/credit is processed. All refunds will be process back into the original account/payment platform (i.e. Afterpay) the order was made from.

Guide to Return Process - Change of Mind/Mistake

Should you wish to return a product because it is not what you wanted or have just changed your mind. Please get in contact with the store that you purchased it from.

You are then responsible for either physically taking or couriering it back to the relevant store.

Guide to Return Process - Courier Damage*

Please check your order within 24hours of delivery to ensure no damage was caused during transit and contact us immediately on 0800 52 00 55.

We will then ask for you to send photographic evidence of the damage. An insurance claim will then be made to the cou- rier/freight company, and if accepted, it will be their responsibility to collect the damaged product.

A replacement product will be immediately dispatched to you

*Please note: if you see damage on the delivered box/bag - you can refuse to sign for delivery

Guide to Return Process - Warranty Claim

Please contact us ASAP if you have a warranty claim on 0800 52 00 55 and we will arrange collection of the item at not cost to yourself.

An email with instructions will then be sent to you - you will need a printer to print the return courier label.

Your product will then be tested and assessed. One of our team member will contact you ASAP with the results and how to proceed.

Guide to Return Process - Incorrect Order

Please contact us ASAP if you have received an incorrect order on 0800 52 00 55 and we will arrange collection of the item at not cost to yourself.

An email with instructions will then be sent to you - you will need a printer to print the return courier label. Once it has been received in store, the correct product will be immediately dispatched to you

We promise to protect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act The Acts provide the basis for RV Super Centre’s returns policy.

Fair Trading Act 1986 The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect all consumers from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used.

Available Options:

There are three options available for our customers who would like to return a product -

Exchange If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned or exchanged must be in a resalable condition including intact original packaging and all labels etc.

Refund If you have proof of purchase from one of our stores within the last 7 days you may obtain a refund. A refund will be made in the same tender (by cash/credit card/EftPos) as the original purchase. Cheques are no longer accepted at our stores.

Repairs If the returned product is still under warranty, we can arrange repair for you. There may be an assessment fee on some items. If the product is out of warranty we can still have the product repaired, however the cost of the repair may be charged to you unless the product is faulty or otherwise defective. ? Click and Collect Take advantage of our Free Click and Collect service.

If you would like to collect your order in store just select the click and collect option at the online checkout. When your order is ready for collection, we will contact you via phone or email.

Please note: If you pop into store to collect your order, without receiving a notificatioin, your order may not be ready for collection.

For items stocked with our supplier (indicated by the ‘Online Only’ badge), we will need to order them into the store for you to collect. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
