Payment must be received within 5 working days, from the closure of the auction.

Please allow 2-3 days for payment to clear, please make sure you add the auction number as reference when making a bank deposit. This will allow us to locate your payment faster.

South Pacific Timber reserve the right to refuse returns if the goods are deemed to have been damaged after they left the yard or where the buyer has failed to read the listing description correctly. All returns will be assessed on a case by case basis. As per our terms of trade a 25% restocking fee can be charged if applicable.

Please call or email, allowing 24 hours notice before collection so we can have your order ready, otherwise there may be a wait up to a couple of hours during busy periods.

We provide several options for delivery. For Auckland wide customers we can offer HIAB or flat deck on request. For out of town we can arrange to ship the goods to a depot within your area subject to weight, cube and location – competitive pricing on application.

If a bank deposit has been made we will arrange delivery once the funds have cleared.
