Payment Instructions Please make your payment in full within 3 working days. Include the exact auction reference number on your deposit to avoid confusion and to ensure that your delivery is made as quickly as possible.

Payment Methods Accepted: -Internet Banking. -Paynow We do not have EFTPOS on site, cash on pick up, pre-payment is recommended. Note: We don’t accept cheques, Amex or Diners Cards.

We use PBT couriers, rural delivery areas follow PBTs system, if you are not sure please check “rural finder” in PBT website. Sorry we cannot send items to PO boxes. Waiheke & Other Islands – Please Enquire.

We also use mainfreight transport oversized items (eg: fridge or bulk order), customers need to pick up at the nearest Mainfreight depot. We dispatch most of purchases on same day or next working days of receiving the payment, except weekend and public holiday. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the expected additional delay. Deliveries require a signature on arrival & nothing is sent via standard post.

2. The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately and report any transit damage or faults by email with photos within 24hrs of receiving the item (PBT Couriers asked). We reserve the right to refuse courier claims that are made after this time frame.
3. If a particular listing does not contain any warranty information, then automatically provides a 30day Return to Base Warranty. Please check each listing carefully for correct warranty type and period.
4. We will replace or repair where possible and Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available. Original courier charges are non-refundable. Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
5. The Buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back any faulty product to us. In return SUNNY TECH is liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
