DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER. Absolutely shocking seller. Paid for an item mid December and had no contact from them for about a week - only just for them to tell me there was a problem with what I ordered and kept trying to push me to take something else in its place. I refused and refused and kept requesting a refund. Now I have been ignored for over a week and still don’t have my refund. I have started a dispute through trademe just to get my money back. Will never use this seller again.

Received the Mac when I needed it! Had an email asking to talk, was offered an upgrade with a cracked screen and accepted it. I was surprised with machine, the crack had no affect on the image so just superficial. They supplied me with a mouse and keyboard even though it wasn’t meant to come with it. I appreciate the communication and transparency of this company. The Mac is great! The service is great. I would recommend trading with this company!
