Have not received my item despite multiple emails and a call. They have used the excuse that they moved warehouse and couldn't find it but have now stopped replying to my emails. I have submitted a complaint to Trademe for a refund. Be wary, I recommend not trading with this shop.

Seller couldn’t locate the item and kept delaying. Had to escalate to Trade Me dispute, which was just as disappointing—slow and unclear. My bank resolved it much faster after I provided evidence. Be cautious.

Package well and printer works great.

Purchased a windows 7 ideapad and Arrived today but unfortunately to my discovery it has a bad crack and chip on the edge of it. Which seller did not mention in the listing. Also purchased a iPad 4th gen but haven’t received any emails or a tracking number for it. Also tried to persuade me to get a substitute for what I ordered and asked me if I wanted a broken iPad Air instead of the 4th gen I ordered. Never again.
