I'm happy with the PC. However, it took a couple of days with me pushing before it was ready. Also, they promised to send me an invoice with the 6 month warranty written on it. It never arrived. So just be a bit wary

So disappointing I got Latop which in not working properly and I email them they didn’t reply any of my emails, it’s been 3 days I sent 7 emails

Delayed shipping + poor comms led to an unauthorised, faulty "upgrade" substitute. Seller ignored all requests for lawful compensation/remedy and repeatedly offered only a return/replace. Now formally filing Disputes Tribunal claim.
