Seller has lost the hard drive I bought, and keeps offering me unsuitable alternatives, some at an extra cost.

Goods were not able to be delivered and refund was made (after a bit more prompting than was really necessary).

Item was exactly as described as work's perfectly! Highly recommend this trader. A++

Overall this was a good trade. The computer arrived and it works well. The only issue I had was that it took them 7 days to ship and I had to follow up with them before it was actioned. I didn't get any notification of the delay and was expecting it in 4-5 days.

Great to do business with. Very good courier delivery, no problems in dealing with them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this trader and unfortunately cannot recommend them. The order arrived with items missing, and despite multiple attempts to make contact, my messages were ignored. The trader also failed to respond to the dispute I filed through Trade Me.
